Lenka Fiala holds PhD and MSc degrees in Economics from Tilburg University, Netherlands. Her research uses a combination of experiments and meta-analyses to analyse questions related to the economics of education, such as skill formation or peer effects. At the moment she is studying the effect of role models on student's choices and performance.
