Expand the Change

In this Master’s, your career goes global. This is the right choice for those who seek a global professional path, collaboratively. Embrace your responsibility and the full potential of having a vision to share with the rest of the world. Are you ready to make it happen wherever you go?

The CEMS Global Alliance is the founder of international management education. CEMS students benefit from the largest global network of 34 prestigious business schools across five continents, all combining their expertise into one coordinated CEMS Master´s in International Management program (CEMS MIM).

The CEMS MIM at Nova SBE is a two-year Master’s program at the forefront of the Nova SBE Masters’ offer. In year 1, students follow one of the six Nova SBE Master programs curricula. In year 2, the CEMS MIM combines transversal topics, courses, seminars, and projects developed in a synchronized way by the 34 business schools of the Alliance. CEMS Year 2 students study one semester at Nova SBE and one semester in one of the other 33 CEMS business schools.

Who is this program for?

CEMS seeks students who are academically successful and display a high standard of ethical conduct, who can draw upon cultural diversity with respect and empathy, and who show professional responsibility and accountability concerning society as a whole. All these criteria elements are necessary to become successful international managers.  Previous professional experience, volunteer work, projects, and other relevant experiences are highly recommended, though not a requirement.

What does this program offer?

The CEMS MIM is a compelling choice for those seeking a truly versatile and geographically mobile international career. The CEMS community is united by a shared vision that embraces both diversity and collaboration at its core. The joint curriculum is co-created and refined by all member schools, alongside the CEMS corporate partners, social partners, students, and alumni. CEMS offers students global yet local exposure to people, cultures, languages, academic philosophies, and business practices. Students receive support to develop into multilingual, highly functioning cross-border professionals of high integrity. Graduates become part of a committed, active, and rewarding CEMS worldwide alumni network. The joint CEMS Master’s in International Management is at the heart of achieving this goal.
