1:1 Career Counselling

You will deepen your knowledge about yourself and use that insight to make more informed decisions about your next steps. In 1:1 career counselling sessions, you’ll get guidance when you’re unsure and practical support to help you prepare for job interviews and navigate recruitment processes.

The Career Mentoring Program is an optional service that pairs you with a Nova SBE alumni mentor, giving you access to real-world perspectives, honest guidance, and a network that goes beyond the classroom - all to support your career development and help you navigate your next steps with confidence.

Deciding what you want for your future is never easy, but Nova SBE can help you. To offer students a chance to discover where they can excel and have a meaningful career, we also share OBIPNOVA.

This is a NOVA University Lisbon’s Rectory initiative that involves all NOVA schools. It aims to produce information about the career trajectory of all NOVA students regardless of their study cycle.
