The Admissions Team promotes Nova SBE's Pre-Experience programs (Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Freemovers) and clarifies inquiries from both national and international applicants. It also manages the application and admission process.

Executive Education & Business Transformation

The Executive Education & Business Transformation team is responsible for training executives and designing custom-made learning solutions and transformation journeys for teams and companies. In addition, its services include advising about open programs, application support, and registration of interested individuals or entities.

There is also a team dedicated to logistics and the participants' experience, which supports any administrative or operational issues regarding the programs and manages potential partnerships, corporate communication, and marketing.

Nova SBE's Financial Services' primary responsibilities include managing the clients/students' and suppliers' invoicing. They are also responsible for controlling unpaid and unreceived bills, treasury, accountancy, managing taxes, and handling all other financial issues.

The Facilities & Services department is a shared service that promotes an interdisciplinary view of the campus and supports an integrated and efficient management of the campus. The People & Culture team is responsible for the acquisition, retention, and development of talent at Nova SBE. Well-being

The well-being psychology support service is conducted by clinical and coaching psychologists and is offered individually, as part of a group or in a workshop format, depending on the situation. Its goal is to help students develop skills and competencies to overcome difficulties and guarantee a more relaxed and successful journey. In compliance with the Code of Ethics of the Order of Portuguese Psychologists, this service is confidential and open to all students.

The Quality Department oversees procedures concerning the course accreditations by A3ES and implements and guarantees the internal monitoring and evaluation quality system regarding education and learning.
