Filipa Castanheira é Professora de Comportamento Organizacional. Atualmente, coordena o grupo de Gestão e Organizações e é Presidente do Conselho Pedagógico da Nova SBE-UNL. Doutorada em Psicologia Social pela Universidade de Lisboa. Interesses de investigação em gestão de recursos humanos, relações de trabalho, stress e bem-estar no trabalho. É autora e co-autora de vários artigos em revistas internacionais muito relevantes, tais como Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior , British Journal of Management e Journal of Organizational Behavior. Lecciona Liderança e Gestão da Mudança no Mestrado em Gestão, e Comportamento Social e Investigação Exemplar no Doutoramento em Gestão. Foi Diretora do Doutoramento em Gestão, e é membro do Conselho Académico da Formação de Executivos da Nova SBE, colaborando em diferentes programas para executivos. É diretora académica da Pós-graduação em Programa de Gestão Aplicada, e Co-Diretora da Pós-graduação on-line em Programa de Gestão, da Pós-graduação on-line em Programa de Liderança e Gestão de Equipas, bem como do Executive Master in Leadership.
