Filipa Castanheira is a Professor of Organizational Behavior. Filipa currently coordinates the Management & Organizations group and is the President of the Pedagogical Council at Nova SBE-UNL. She has a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Lisbon. Her research interests include human resource management, employment relationships, job design, and stress and well-being at work. She is the author or co-author of several papers in international Top journals such as Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior , British Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Filipa teaches Leadership and Change Management at the Masters in Management, and Social Behavior and Exemplary Research in the PhD in Management. She was the former Director of the PhD in Management. Filipa is a member of the Academic Council of Executive Education and collaborates with several programs of Executive Education. She is the academic director of the Post-graduation degree in Programa de Gestão Aplicada, and Co-Director of the on-line Post-graduation degree in Management Program, the on-line post-graduation degree in Leadership and Team Management Program, as well as the Executive Master in Leadership.
