Nova SBE and Kearney joined forces and created the Kearney Scholarship. It is aimed at displaced undergraduate economics or management students who must relocate near the school to resume their academic activities due to the distance between their residence and the Nova SBE campus. The scholarship will allow students to have their entire tuition fee and subsistence allowance (accommodation, food, and transport) funded with a clear commitment to training and capitalizing on young talent. 

Pedro Oliveira, Dean of Nova SBE, said: "It is with great pride and a sense of responsibility that we announce this partnership with Kearney, which reflects our shared values of leaving no one behind. This agreement also reinforces our commitment to quality education that is inclusive and accessible to all, contributing to social mobility that transforms students from different backgrounds into future leaders and places them in leadership positions in public and private organizations".   

Pedro Bastos Rezende, Managing Partner of Kearney Portugal, agreed by stating that "Kearney is proud to strengthen its long-standing relationship with Nova SBE and support its mission to promote social mobility and universal access to education. We believe that giving exceptional students equal opportunities to continue their higher education at one of the best business schools is essential in paving the way for their future".    

The Kearney Scholarship will begin in 2023/2024 and will be awarded annually for the next six years.
