Well-being is fundamental to the overall health of all of us. It enables us to successfully overcome difficulties and achieve what we want out of life. That's why the Nova SBE Student Development Office has declared February the Nova SBE Well-being Month with a series of diverse and dynamic initiatives and events relating to nutrition, mental health, meditation, sports, and sleep will happen to help the Nova SBE community learn more, guide, and sustain good health conditions so you can lead a well-balanced life.
