October 10 is World Mental Health Day, and this year’s motto is “Mental Health Is a Universal Human Right”. Nova SBE has joined WHO's worldwide effort to raise awareness of mental health issues, so the Life at Nova SBE team (in partnership with the Nova SBE Students’ Union) has prepared a wide range of well-being activities for our community.
