As part of its initiatives dedicated to the Tech sector, Euronext launched the TechShare programme, a pre-IPO educational programme designed to help Tech entrepreneurs of non-listed innovative companies familiarise themselves with a better understanding of the possible use of capital markets. In addition to providing knowledge, TechShare also facilitates networking between tech entrepreneurs and advisors in the capital markets industry.

Who can apply? Access is strictly by invitation and participants are selected by Euronext for their capacity to innovate, and whose businesses are growing and active in the Tech industry.

The target is Tech companies with significant funding needs, that are likely to consider capital markets within 2-3 years, and whose financial metrics reflect growth potential.

The 8th edition of Techshare is taking place on the 22nd and 23rd June at the Nova SBE Campus in Carcavelos. It is co-organized by Euronext and the Finance Knowledge Center.
