i) Payment of the application fee must always be made at the time of registration, and the invoice will be issued upon payment.
ii) Upon confirmation of the candidate's approval to attend the post-graduation course, the candidate must guarantee the payment of the remaining tuition fee until the day before the start of the program, and the invoice will be issued upon payment. If the participant is not able to make the payment until the day before the start of the program, the participant may inform the Program Advisor in advance that the payment will be made on the first day, at the Finance Office by POS or ATM.
iii) If the issued invoice is not paid on time, it is considered non-compliance, and Nova SBE Executive Education reserves the right to suspend the registration and prevent the participant from:
- Attending the program classes.
- Accessing any pedagogical materials.
- Performing evaluation tests.
- Consult evaluations.
- Obtain diplomas or certificates.
iv) Failure to pay any outstanding amount will limit access to new enrolments in any Nova SBE Executive Education program, as well as grant the right to the application of default fees upon settlement, under the following conditions:
- 2% of the total tuition fee, for regularizations up to 60 days after the due date of the invoice.

Any invoice changes requested afterward will consider the payment deadline of the original invoice.
