Dr Ana Margarida Graça is Lecturer in Leadership at Henley Business School, University of Reading where she is the Program Director for the Global Executive MBA Program, MBA Dissertations Coordinator in the same Program, and module convenor for the Leading for Complexity and Change module in the Senior Leader Apprenticeship program. Ana is also certified as a Fellow of the United Kingdom Higher Education Academy. With a background as an Organisational Psychologist, Ana’s PhD (ISCTE-IUL) and Post Doc (Henley Business School) research is based on the theoretical developments on team leadership. Her Research and Editorials have been published in academic international journals and presented at international conferences. Ana is also a member of the Henley Centre for Leadership, where she is involved in several research projects with industry and events organisation. Ana has been, and teaching workshops and supervising dissertations at PhD, DBA, MsC, MBA, BsC and BA levels across the accredited AMBA, EQUIS, AASCB, CMDA and CMI programmes at the Henley Business School and its international partners across the world.
