Ilya Okhmatovskiy

Ilya Okhmatovskiy is Associate Professor of Strategy. Previously he taught at McGill University and at the University of Southern California, where he obtained a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration.

His research is about business-government relations, corporate governance, and cross-national differences in the institutional context of business. His research was supported by several grants and published in Organization Science, Organization Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and other journals.

Ilya is a member of the Editorial Boards at Corporate Governance: An International Review and Strategic Organization. He served as Guest Editor for the Journal of World Business and as Senior Editor for Management and Organization Review. He also co-edited the Oxford Handbook of State Capitalism and the Firm published by the Oxford University Press.
