Catarina Vazão has a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering (5 year´s degree), a course in sustainable construction and project management training. She is proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, English. Nowadays she is Partner at Get2C and Trade2C where she assists in the company’s overall strategy definition, supervises the development of the EU-ETS business development and is responsible for the development and implementation of Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Policies and Corporate Strategies. With more than 18 years of experience in environmental consultancy, climate change policies, energy and carbon pricing instruments and more than 10 years of international experience in countries such as, Brazil, Colombia, Angola, Tunisia, Spain, Poland, Indian and China. She is also responsible for the general management of carbon footprints and sustainability and decarbonization strategies for companies from different sectors, such as, food, paper, power plants and health sector.
