Cristina has a Master's degree and a Postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, a degree in Business Administration and an advanced degree in Personal and Professional Development. After over 15 years of experience in various Leadership and Management roles, she brings executive experience working in geographies such as the UK, France, Spain, Canada and the US (Pacific Division, Midwest and Northeast). She has been building strong experience while developing national and international projects in numerous industries. She has dedicated her last 12 years as a Facilitator, Executive and Team Trainer. She is a professor in Human Resources, Coaching and Communication at two Universities in the city of Lisbon. She is a former vice president of the ICF Portugal Chapter and is currently leading a group of ICF 20 coaches in a volunteering project. Cristina is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) and Certified Team Coach, both with the International Coaching Federation.
