She has been an executive coach since 2013, specializing in top management (individual and team coaching). She is a co-founder of Break Heaven. She made her career in management consulting, having been a senior manager at Accenture, responsible for change management in two market areas. She is the author of the book "Break Heaven: a book for executives who want to ascend to their next level", available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. She is co-author of two other books, related to coaching and leadership and interviewed for the book "Révélez Vos Talents", by Christopher James et al. She holds MCC (Master Certified Coach) accreditation by the ICF. Her qualifications include three ACTP courses of different approaches, in mature markets such as the USA, UK, and France and a specialization through the Masterful Coaching program at the College of Executive Coaching (California, USA). She obtained her certification in Appreciative Inquiry at Weatherhead School of Management (Ohio, USA). Aida Chamiça deepens her knowledge and improves her practice as an executive coach, on a regular basis, since 2003, through training, conferences, and reflection on her practice. Her purpose is to help top managers – who she considers Olympic champions – to lead at their best, creating value and inspiring other leaders and teams around them.
