Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE) climbed four positions and conquered the best position ever achieved by a Portuguese school - 18th place worldwide and 15th in Europe, according to the Financial Times, which has just released the ranking that assesses business schools from around the world that offer Executive Education.

Currently, at the top 18 in the world, Nova SBE stands out for the 4^th consecutive year as the best-ranked Portuguese school in the Financial Times ranking, thus confirming its leadership in Executive Education in Portugal. Through its programs, Nova SBE Executive Education affirms itself as a platform that directly impacts the economy by involving public and private institutions in developing Portugal's competitiveness, particularly in its SMEs, representing most of Portugal’s corporate landscape. 

Moreover, Nova SBE Executive Education’s Customized Programs ranked 16^th in the world, with special emphasis given to International Participants, which ranked 8^th in the world, reflecting the intense focus on the internationalization of its programs. 2023 will be an example of this with two events that demonstrate the global positioning of Nova SBE Executive Education:

• An exclusive, global executive program for international companies with elements of immersive learning, with engaging and hands-on methodologies will be held at the Carcavelos campus in the second week of September.
• On September 21 and 22, Nova SBE will host the UNICON Europe Regional Meet up, where Executive Education leaders from 40 business schools will meet to discuss the Future of Executive Education.

Open Programs ranked 29^th in the world, with special emphasis given to Partnerships, 6^th worldwide, which reflects the progress and the partnerships achieved with organizations of excellence, such as the business schools that belong to the UNICON global network. Another example is the Exponential Business Administration (xBA) program, which results from a partnership between Nova SBE and StartSe, and was distinguished at MERIT Summit 2022, in Madrid, with an international innovation award.

2023 also marks the return of schools of excellence to this Executive Education ranking, such as INSEAD and the University of Oxford: Saïd, which re-enter the 3^rd and 14^th positions, respectively, reinforcing the excellence of the group that makes up the world's top 18, of which Nova SBE Executive Education is part of.
