Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE) will welcome, on April 20 and 21, the 2021 edition of Marketing Wave, an event entirely dedicated to marketing and its role today. This year, it will focus on Adaptability with a particular emphasis in areas such as Digital, Sustainability, and Tourism.
After the success of Marketing Wave 2020, which analyzed how important and influent the marketing area is with the help of renowned speakers and brands, the 2021 edition returns under the topic "Marketing is vision. Marketing is speed. Marketing is adaptation and adaption is key: How to adapt to the world's new demands?".
Organized by NOMA Marketing Consulting Student Club, a Nova SBE student club, Marketing Wave 2021 will take place on April 20 and 21, exclusively online and free of charge, welcoming brand representatives of well-known brands such as IKEA, Worten, Unilever, L'Oréal, P&G Portugal, Pegada Verde, among many others, that will share how they answered present challenges and are anticipating future ones.
Under the topic "Marketing is vision. Marketing is speed. Marketing is adaptation and adaption is key: How to adapt to world's new demands?", this year's Editions analyzes how influent an area is and how important it is for brands and products to adapt – especially in a pandemic context – thus bringing renowned speakers and brands from sectors such as retail, tourism, and digital marketing to Nova SBE.
It's an online event with free attendance, gathering all stakeholders to share knowledge, ideas, strategies, and trends. There will also be talks and workshops – also free of charge – mainly conducted in English, driving forward the ambition of taking this conference cycle beyond Carcavelos.
