Awards | 13 January 2020 Nova SBE Student Marina Gonzalez wins Spain’s EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year

EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year is a global competition that recognizes talented women currently studying. The Spanish edition took place on November 21 and Marina Gonzalez, a Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE) student, was the winner.

To inspire the next generation of exceptional female talent to pursue an exciting and fulfilling career, Ernst & Young launched this global competition that inspires young women to open their minds to new possibilities. EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year is, thus, a competition for women currently studying at a university level, or equivalent, who are interested in a future in corporate finance.

Marina Gonzalez, a Spanish student at Nova SBE, was one of the 20 female students selected to solve and present two corporate finance cases at her country’s local competition. She won and, as a reward, was offered to join the EY Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) analyst program once she graduates.
