Established in 1988 by four leading European schools, CEMS has grown into Global Alliance of 32 leading business schools, nearly 70 multinational companies and NGOs that together offer the CEMS Master's in International Management, across 5 continents.
The CEMS MIM at Nova SBE is a two-year Master’s program. On year 1, students follow the Master’s in Economics, Finance, or Management curriculum. On year 2, the CEMS MIM offers courses and projects developed in a synchronized way by the 32 business schools of the Alliance. CEMS Year 2 students study one semester at Nova SBE and one semester in one of the other 31 CEMS business schools.

Talented bachelor graduates from around the world with an ambition to pursue a global career. Previous professional experience, volunteer work, projects, and other relevant experiences are highly recommended, although not a requirement. We are looking for candidates who are not only academically successful but also display a high standard of ethical conduct, who can draw upon cultural diversity with respect and empathy, and who show professional responsibility and accountability concerning society as a whole. All these criteria are necessary to become successful international managers.
