CEMS students at Nova SBE have the exclusive opportunity of having personalized guidance to help them achieve their professional goals. CEMS at Nova SBE offers five Coaching Tracks:
a. “Fine Tune your Corporate Journey” for students who have a defined professional plan – This track is managed by AMROP (Executive Search Firm).
b. “Visualize your Future Career Growth” for students who are still uncertain about their plans – This track is managed by the Career and Corporate Placement Team.
c. “Envision your Career as a Leader with Social Impact” for students who are considering to work in the Social Sector – This track is managed by Prof. Miguel Alves Martins and the Nova SBE Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center.
d. “Innovation & Entrepreneurship” for students who wish to develop their entrepreneurial skills – This track is managed by Euclides Major from the Nova SBE Entrepreneurship Hub.
e. “Landing a Job in Consulting” is meant for students who are considering to work in a consulting firm – This track is managed by the Career & Corporate Placement Team.
Additionally, students have exclusive access to the following events and platforms, in support of their job search:
- The Annual Career Forum - a two-day job fair comprised of skill seminars, company presentations, a speed networking session, and pre-scheduled job interviews. In 2018 more than 1000 students and 45 CEMS Corporate Partners joined the event.
- An online “job market” database
- A Global Advisory and Mentoring Program
