Irem Demirci and Miguel Ferreira were the academic coordinators of the PhD Mentoring Day, an online event for PhD Students in the area of Finance, integrated in the Finance Forum, which annually brings together renowned researchers in this area. Initially planned to take place at Nova SBE from 1 to 3 July 2020, it was suspended due to the circumstances surrounding Covid-19. The team opted to keep the first day, dedicated to PhD Students, due to its importance. On this day, 20 papers were presented, with the participation of 20 mentors over 14 hours.
