The “Portugal, Balanço Social 2022” report, developed by the Social Equity Initiative – partnership between Nova SBE, Foundation “la Caixa” and BPI, was recently published. The third edition of the report, coordinated by Susana Peralta, Bruno P. Carvalho, and Miguel Fonseca, from the Nova SBE Economics for Policy Knowledge Center, draws an economic portrait of the country, focusing on the impact of the pandemic and the rising cost of living.
