Sofia Kousi is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Nova SBE, where she teaches Advanced Marketing, and Evidence-based practices for well-being in the master’s program. Her research has been featured at top international marketing and psychology conferences, including Association for Consumer Research, European Marketing Academy, Society for Personality and Social Psychology, European Network for Positive Psychology, Global Alliance of Marketing & Management Associations. Prior to joining Nova SBE she was a category brand manager at Pepsico (Romania), as well as a brand strategist and researcher at Interbrand (US) and ACNielsen (UK), working with global clients like Kodak Professional, ING, Reckitt Benckiser, Prozac, Jameson, Petrobras, and more.

Sofia received her PhD from Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and a BS from the Wharton School.
